No lo habia comentado antes, pero otra de mis fascinaciones es la respotería. Es algo a lo que me aficioné mientras estuve viviendo en Austria, donde se hacen los mejores dulces del mundo. Procuro no dedicarle demasiado tiempo, entre otras cosas porque sólo somos dos en casa y acabaríamos por no pasar por las puertas... je, je... Esta tarde me entró el antojo y he aquí mi obra. Son muffings de chocolate cubiertos con espuma de fresa y queso. ¿A que han quedado preciosos? Pues están riquísimos!!!
I think I didn´t mentioned it before, but one of my favorite things is baking. This is something that I learn while I was living in Austria, where the best sweets on the world are made. I try not to spend too much time on that, because we are only two at home, and we wouldn´t pass through the doors... ha, ha... This afternoon I decided to give me a treat and here you are: these are chocolate muffings with a strawberry and cheese icing. Aren´t they beautiful? They also taste sooo great!!!
Ich denke dass ich euch noch nie erzählt hatte, dass ich liebe backen: ich hebe mich dafür begeistern lassen, als ich in Österreich lebte, der Ort wo die besten Süssigkeiten der Welt gemacht werden. Ich versuche es nicht zu oft zu tun, weil wir sind ja nur zu zweit und am Ende würden uns die Türe zu schmall werden... he, he... Aber heute nachmittag hatte ich einen Gusto auf etwas Süsses und Schönes, und da habt ihr mein Werk: Schoko-Muffings mit einer Kovertüre aus Erdbeeren und Käse-Schaum. Sind sie nicht wunderschön? Und noch dazu sie schmecken sooo wunderbar!!!
